These approvals set us apart and demonstrate that we are recognised for delivering a first-rate, high-level service. It also means:
- we use only parts and products that are 100% insurer and manufacturer approved
- all our technicians are trained and audited by the manufacturer
- our equipment and tooling is issued directly by the manufacturer and are only available to approved repair centres
- TCW Group has continuous access to all the latest repair methods and diagnostics directly from the manufacturers.
Aluminium and composite materials
TCW Group’s technicians are specialists in advanced structural repairs on vehicles with aluminium and composite materials – something that takes a high level of expertise and investment.
Our aluminium structural repairs are accredited by Aston Martin, BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover, Porsche and Mercedes-Benz.
